Participation:
Athletes aged 20 years or over, members of a running club or runcard holders. The non-competitive walks/runs are open to everybody.
ROUTE
The races will take place in Forte dei Marmi, a famous seaside resort, on a completely flat route of 4,200 meters and back to be repeated more times according to the chosen length, alongside a cycling route.

REFRESHMENTS (2 for every 4,200-meter log). A table with any personal refreshment will be set up in the start area. Final refreshment with stuffed buns.

Every night there will be a dinner at the main hotel (to be paid individually) with live music. Final party with fireworks.
