Participation:
Athletes aged 20 years or over members of a running club recognised by World Athletics.
If you are not a member of a Club affiliated to WA in your own country, you will need the FIDAL runcard and a medical certificate stating you are fit to run competitive races.
The above will NOT be required if you choose to run non-competitively..
ROUTE
The races will take place in Forte dei Marmi, a famous seaside resort, on a completely flat route of 4.2 km and back, to be repeated more times according to the chosen length, alongside a cycling route.

CHIP for time keeping (to be handed back at the end of the race)
TECHNICAL GARMENT WITH THE LOGO OF THE EVENT (only for finishers of the 4in4 marathons)

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
REFRESHMENTS: 2 for every 4,200-meter log. A table with any personal refreshment will be set up in the start area. Final refreshment with stuffed buns, fruit and drinks.

All the finishers of the 4in4 of all the lengths will be awarded and artistic prize
ENTERTAINMENT
Every night there will be a dinner at the main hotel (to be paid individually) with live music. Final party with fireworks.
