Meeting starts from 7:30. Briefing 8:15, Start of the race at 8:30. Refreshments every 5 km approximately. Liquids and solids (coke, sparkling and plain water, tea, crackers, fruit, tomatoes, peanuts, raisins etc.). Water fountains also along the route.
Two laps of 21 km each for the marathon.

Every km is signalled, again white on blue.
